Two weeks went by and they repeatedly claimed they were making progress. Then after pressing them for a specific progress report, they informed me that they had not started because they needed to rewrite my functional code from scratch and that they would need 50% more payment to proceed. I was a victim of a classic bait and switch in which you are lured in with a promise and once you are hooked, the terms change.
Do not trust them! They lied repeatedly to me and ultimately proved themselves to be con-artists. A word to the wise should be sufficient. Buyer beware.
